Only 6 Weeks From Launch To Completion !
We are pleased to announce details of what is probably one of the quickest sales we have personally seen in the last 10 years !
We were invited (Littlewood's Estate Agents) to market this detached family house for a client in West Moors (on the outskirts of Ringwood,) back in March this year.
We launched the property on "Rightmove" and our own website: www.littlewoods-estateagents.co.uk on March 3rd.
A sale was agreed (after a block of 6 viewings had taken place at the house) on March 16th.
A Willing buyer and seller, as well as truly efficient law firms on both sides, quickly acted to get the sale process through in record time.
Contracts were exchanged on Monday 13th April with Completion taking place on Friday 17th April.
The entire sale process from instruction to completion of sale was 6 weeks in total ! (This included a mortgage application, with survey and all necessary legal searches and enquiries being carried out)
